So many things have been said of the Cross, it has been a testimony of the way our Lord Jesus died for the sins of the world. Writers have been inspired by it, writing the most beautiful words; others have censured it.
The Cross of Christ is not modern, since its language is one of sacrifice and renunciation. It speaks also of one of the greatest works of love. The Cross also shows us the renunciation of this life, in order to reach the other one.
The Cross shows us the true King, not through human arrogance, a palace of sumptuousness, the poor power of a man, or the king who takes the cross in order to win the greatest conquests of all. The Lord Jesus has made us participants among the lost souls of His kingdom, not with human power but with the power of God.
The Cross fills our hearts with tenderness towards our redeemer, Jesus Christ. That cross which we do not worship, but which Christ shows us, is a resemblance of love.
I imagine the Cross talking to me, and telling me... My derivation is horrible, but this sacrifice ennobled it. The hardest punishment for a criminal was to be sent to die on the cross, to be suspended from it. Being able to save a lot of souls at the very moment of pain made the miracle in the understanding heart: to confess to the Lord Jesus.
I am not modern, the Cross tells us, I became famous when I was used to save the world. Even now, men have not been able to change my ancient language into a modern one. Christ told his followers to take me and follow Him every day. This makes me feel happy, because I realize that even objects with a horrible derivation are used by Christ and turned into something useful and beautiful.
Carrying me is sometimes painful. Sometimes I am heavier fore some than others, and the remembrance of Christ comes to me: how horrible it was for Him to carry me, when I was rude and heavy, almost falling from His shoulder many times when He carried me. And I, an indolent thing, almost fell over and nearly crushed Him. How horrible it was for me, even though I did not have any kind of feelings and there was not life in me because I am rigid and inert, and made a man’s loving thoughts into my cruel work.
Ages and ages have passed, and I am in the history books. I think that the most difficult moment of my cruel task was when they nailed Him to my hard and rotten pieces. The nails made the wood unite and be strong.
Now, men do not want to carry me any more; they want me to think like they think. But I am old, and the King traced the path that I walked. They talk about a wide door, a door where I am not. I know and feel that I am part of the story, a story I can tell them, and if I am not there, the Lord is not there either, because He lets you come to know me. Do not leave me. Do not serve two lords. Suffer works, just like a faithful soldier of Jesus. Do not become a slave of men. Carry me every day, do not be ashamed of me, because I was made for all kings. Take me with firmness and faith, and teach others about me.
On my top, there will always be this word written in blood: CHRISTIANS!

THE CHURCH AND THE LAW
"Righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin is a reproach to any nation".
-Prov. 14:34
"Congress shall make no law with respect to the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
Our country has been grounded on religious principles our currency speaks to that: "IN GOD WE TRUST".
Courthouses around the country have given a truthful interpretation of what the difference is between a church and a charitable organization.
Our Church preaches the Doctrine of Christ. All donations are accepted for religious reasons and purposes only.
Murdock v. Pennsylvania 319 U.S. 105 (1943)
Colon v. N. Kansas City 530 F. Supp. 985 (1981)
Sylte v. Metropolitan Government 493 F. Supp. 313 (1908)
Cherris v. Amundson 460 F. Supp. 326 (1978)
Our religious liberties are based on the Constitution. Congress has not and will make a law regarding a religious institution that is for all individuals.
